English Language Education needs teachers who understand their learners’ needs in this ever-changing world. English Language Teachers need the knowledge and skills to provide a dynamic and effective learning experience for their learners.

Too often teacher education is slow to embrace new approaches and pedagogies in language learning. Teachers can feel ill equipped to deliver the vision of their education system and the goals of their curriculum.

I’ve worked in a range of educational contexts around the world and developed an informed understanding of teacher and learner needs. I provide training that gives teachers new ideas and strategies to use in their classrooms and empowers them to embrace institutional change.

I believe in empowering teachers to take control of their own professional development and always provide opportunities for reflective practice and future goal setting.
